Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales activities, including primary sales, channel sales, and distributor management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and retailers to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through general trade channels and execute strategies to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (primary sales, channel sales).
- Strong understanding of general trade principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with dealers/retailers.
- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
