People Services is a team based in Chennai & Bangalore that delivers technology driven HR administration, reporting and advisory services for Equiniti managers in the UK.
They will provide an exciting new service proposition which delivers;
Integration and alignment: with Equiniti Business Technology Services offering in Chennai, following the requirement to off-shore where possible, digital by design and a technology solution chosen within the existing Microsoft stack.
Operational efficiency and quality: efficient and robust processes and controls. Stronger data integrity, allowing better decision making and further bottom line savings in areas such as absence, overtime, vacancy and pay controls.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties
Help in enhancing the candidate experience
Daily tasks include end to end offer processing on Workday.
Understand policies and procedures to perform their day in and day out job
Work hand in hand with recruiters to initiating offers (internal and external)
Initiate vetting for offered candidates and follow-up
Initiate timely re-vetting for colleagues who would due against the same
Working on Reports and Metrics as per business need (Weekly and monthly)
Having eye to detail on creating offers and making smooth onboarding experience for colleagues
Willing to support Hiring managers with their queries
Working with relevant teams during onboarding day
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and behaviour
Desirable if candidate has experience on HR process within Workday
Strong knowledge of back end operational process of BGV
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in releasing offers, vetting, re-screening through ATS (Workday Desirable)
Impressive interpersonal skills
Very high levels of data input accuracy and attention to detail.
Well organised, hardworking and comfortable working to strict service levels and targets.
Foundational understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures.
At least intermediate level in MS Office suite, and adept at learning new systems and processes driven by technology
Strong integrity and an appreciation of the requirement for confidentiality and the protection of data
