Division: People OperationsJob Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute accurate, timely monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations including Labour Laws, Shops & Establishments Acts, PF, ESIC, POSH etc.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and HRMS platforms.
- Handle employee medical insurance enrolments, renewals, and claim coordination.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring adherence to company and statutory standards, and timely closure of observations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics and dashboards for management reporting.
- Drive process improvements and compliance automation within HR operations.
- Supervise and guide the HR operations team members to ensure consistency and service excellence.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Labor Laws, Shops & Establishments Act, handling internal/external HR audits and compliance reporting
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills.
- Excellent understanding of payroll and compliance processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and statutory laws accurately.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
- IT/ITeS background.
Experience Range:
6 to 10 years hands-on experience in HR Operations, including payroll, HRMS, employee data management, and statutory compliance.Education:
Graduate: Any (Compulsory)
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (Preferred)Employment Type:
