Division: People OperationsJob Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute accurate, timely monthly payroll for all employees.
  2. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations including Labour Laws, Shops & Establishments Acts, PF, ESIC, POSH etc.
  3. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and HRMS platforms.
  4. Handle employee medical insurance enrolments, renewals, and claim coordination.
  5. Lead and coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring adherence to company and statutory standards, and timely closure of observations.
  6. Develop, update, and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes.
  7. Prepare and analyse HR metrics and dashboards for management reporting.
  8. Drive process improvements and compliance automation within HR operations.
  9. Supervise and guide the HR operations team members to ensure consistency and service excellence.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  1. In-depth knowledge of Indian Labor Laws, Shops & Establishments Act, handling internal/external HR audits and compliance reporting
  2. Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills.
  3. Excellent understanding of payroll and compliance processes.
  4. Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and statutory laws accurately.
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  8. Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
  9. IT/ITeS background.

Experience Range:

6 to 10 years hands-on experience in HR Operations, including payroll, HRMS, employee data management, and statutory compliance.Education:


Graduate: Any (Compulsory)
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (Preferred)Employment Type:
