Role & responsibilities
Process all request for addition/modification to the Vendor Master Data (VMD) for validity and accuracy
- Provide support to address all vendor addition and maintenance related questions and resolves any issues.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Employee Travel & Expense (T&E) Management and related audits to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Vendor queries and mailbox management
- Estimates for T&E accruals
- Managing Accounts payable Month End Close and related task
- Calculate and prepare monthly tracking for VDM & T&E for management reporting
- Understanding and adherence to controls and compliance towards risk mitigation on VMD and T&E Process
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years into Accounts Payable domain with specialization into Vendor Master Data (VMD) and Travel & Expenses (T&E) Process
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- In depth knowledge about E2E accounts payable process
- 3+ years experience on Oracle ERP (AP Module)
- 3+ years experience on Concur Application
- Strong history of prior work, experience, and exposure related to domain
- Good communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work in US time zone
- Prior experience to work into third party client set-up
