Accounts Payable Specialist
Position Overview
The finance lead should have proven experience in managing end-to-end finance outsourcing service delivery, leading and managing large teams with credentials of leading large-scale transformation initiatives across geographies. In this strategic leadership role, they will be responsible for growing the finance outsourcing scope, driving operational excellence, standardization, automation across all finance functions and becoming the single point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery that supports business growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead, oversee and manage the delivery of finance functions, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for business units
2. Shape and drive a culture of efficiency, identifying cost optimization opportunities and ensuring smooth transitions of new processes into the outsourcing model
3. Champion process automation, digital tools, and standardization to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability of service delivery
4. Maintain operational control over capacity, infrastructure, and resources, aligning them with business demand while optimizing utilization
5. Establish and monitor performance standards, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure expectations are met or exceeded, while regularly benchmarking against internal and external best practices
6. Lead and inspire team leads and their respective teams to deliver exceptional services and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Plan workforce capacity in line with demand fluctuations, ensuring the right skills and resources are available at the right time
8. Build workforce capabilities by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
9. Promote engagement, innovation, and service excellence, while implementing succession plans to ensure leadership continuity
10. Drive technology enablement and workflow automation, evaluating emerging solutions that improve productivity and simplify processes
11. Ensure all finance functions operate as a cohesive unit, fully aligned with the organizations strategic objectives
