Roles and Responsibilities
1. Supporting the employees for IT queries through emails and calls.
2. Being the first point of contact for query resolution else, routing the queries to the technical team for timely resolution.
3. Coordinating with the IT team and the employees as per the requirement.
4. Raising tickets once the query is raised by the employees and closing ticket once the queries is resolved.
5. Maintaining database for reference, review, analysis on a regular basis.
