Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-end supplier management, including sourcing/Request for Purchase, contract compliance, cost avoidance, cost reduction, risk transfer, improved customer service, value add, best practices, financial modeling (ROI reporting) and executive level reporting and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Data Management & MIS:

• Updation of Data on Daily basis (PR Tracker)
• Updates to User on regular basis
• Acknowledgment of PR
• Knowledge of ERP (MS Dynamics Preferred or Equivalent)
• Monthly MIS
• Good Knowledge of Advance Excel / Power Point
• Updation of Partner Database and Escalation Matrix
• Leads the resolution of critical supplier issues escalated from internal business owners.
• Managing Contract Management Tool
• PO Creation in ERP and document repository against PO
• Sending RFP's to Partners
• Responsible for performance meeting/beating KPIs
• Continuous improvement for all Procurement related processes
• All jobs should be completed within the given TAT as per the process
