Job Description

    Position Title: Executive Assistant Reports To: CFO and Managing Director of India supporting both Ireland and Indian time zones balancing both Location: Hyderabad(5 days/week onsite) Position Type: Full-time Job Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse set of tasks and responsibilities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Education: A bachelors degree in business administration or communications or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-Suite level executives. Key Responsibilities: Administrative support Content Creation: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documents for the execs, Meeting Support: Prepare materials and take minutes in meetings. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans and itineraries, logistics and expense management Liaison and Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Execs and others. Event Planning: Coordinate company events and conferences. Employee Recognition: Help organize employee recognition programs and events. Project Assistance: Assist with streamlining organizational initiatives Social Media Management: Manage MCO India's social media presence working closely with the Marketing team Skills: Excellent communication Experience in working with American & European Executives Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and other office software & tools Flexible in supporting different time zones Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Maintain a high level of professionalism. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency.
