Hiring for Corporate Legal Manager in Mumbai

Location:- Mumbai.

Exp:- 9-15 yrs

Qualification :- LLB

Industry :- Banking / NBFC

Mandatory Skills:- drafting vetting, non litigation, NCLT,

Salary Range: 10 to 25 LPA 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. 1. Vetting and finalizing Pleadings including Company Petition, Appeal, Plaint, Complaint, Statement of Claim and Rejoinder, Counter Claim, Statement of Defence, Applications and Affidavit;

    

   2. Vetting and finalizing Petitions, reply and rejoinder to the petitions for and filed against Company

    

   3.  Vetting and finalizing Wilful Defaulter's Notices issued by and against Company;

   
   4. Drafting Claim Forms under I&B Code, Legal Notices, Loan Recall Notices, Demand Notices under I&B Code

    

   5. Representing the Company in the Committee of Creditors and/or Stakeholders meetings

   
   6.Drafting, reviewing, vetting of Release deed, Service Provider Agreements e, Addendum to Service Provider Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed and NDA

   
   7. Drafting, finalizing and vetting of reply to Consumer Complaints and Suits

   
   8. Handling day to to day Operational queries regarding Standard Documents, Queries from the Borrower's and drafting reply and opinion on the RBI Complaints
