Senior Product Manager, U4B Payments @ Uber

• The Uber for Business team is looking to hire a passionate, entrepreneurial product leader who seeks to scale the platform tenfold in a couple of years along with best in class engaging business experience.
• In this role you will be a part of the payments platform, and own the entire risk and fraud charter to enable billions of dollars of money transactions between enterprises, our partners and Uber globally.
• You will be responsible for creating a great payment experience on Uber including payment methods, collections, credit management, etc. while mitigating fraud losses.
• You will make payments on Uber secure and easy to execute, providing an array of payment choices to ensure that customers can complete their purchase swiftly and without any friction.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Lead though ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand Uber s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, build alignment across the organizations while navigating through ambiguous problem areas

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience developing world-class applications.
• Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
• Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap.
• Passion for Ubers mission and the companys hybrid technology & operations nature.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science or a quantitative domain. Preferred Masters in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.
