Roles and Responsibilities
Executives will allocate in each shift to control the Request Management, they will attend the calls or may received direct call/ request/ complaint from internal or external customers. They will initiate the request by logging the call, assigning the call, follow-up with the request, feedback from end user and then completing/ closing the call.
