Job Description

• This position is based out of our Kolkata Office.
• Support for Bulk recruitment for blue and white collar employees.
• Handling HR Operations and MIS.
• Releasing Offer Letter, Contract Letter, Confirmation/ Relieving Letter, etc.
• Statutory Compliance Management.
• Manage Leave and Attendance matters.
• Co-ordinate Other generalist activities like PMS, Training, etc.
• Required Candidate profile Graduate with PG in HR degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in similar role.
• Should have similar work experience Preferably from Supply Chain/Transport industry Should be proficient in English and Bengali.
• Should have knowledge in Leave & Attendance management, Statutory Compliance and Industrial Relation, Workers' recruitment.
