Job Description:
Eligibility
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Technology
- 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience with complex multi-year Enterprise-wide initiatives
- Must have at least 5-6 years of programming hands on experience in different applications
- Good to have knowledge of at least one Cloud services(AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Multi-tasker full of great energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Experience leading large Enterprise Initiatives.
Skills
- Ensure usage of Agile methodologies and DevOps framework. Good to have 3 years of DevOps experience and comfortable with commonly used DevOps tools.
- Ability to lead through influence in a complex and evolving environment, to meet challenging timelines and organizational goals, bringing various parties to a common action plan that is mutually beneficial for all.
- Ability to identify commonality across projects to ensure streamlining of work, consistency and maintainability of solutions.
- Seasoned cross business group and business unit collaboration andstrong relationship building experience, with business partners, IT groups and external vendors.
- Diligent about enforcing standards, best practices and able to communicate benefits to stakeholders.
- Executive level presentation skills (written and oral) to effectively communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
