 Branch Manager

Job Description

To handle all Bank team and get bank goals in sales as well as in operations.
Meeting with all Branch Non Branch customers to maximize relationship building, understanding their business requirements.
Meet clients where required, answer customer queries, coordinate with all bank staff in operations as well as in Sells & facilitate their transactions as required to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Driving all Branch sales targets & cross-selling opportunities at branch level
Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services from a branch perspective
Motivate, coach & develop the staff
Responsible for staff recruitment and appraisals.
Generate various MIS reports as applicable on daily basis and forward to Cluster Office.
Responsible for recommending specific process and systems improvements which have an impact on customer service, carrying out customer satisfaction studies, managing service quality audit etc.
Responsible for handling customer enquirers and instructions, thus ensuring that the Banks delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met e.g. timely checking of documentation, opening of accounts within prescribed TAT, transaction processing etc.
Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and possible solutions to address the concerns
Play an active role in new products, processes, systems roll out
Comply with bank policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets
Provide constructive feedback, identify training & development needs of the team & conduct internal training at frequent intervals to meet the training requirements
Define Goals & performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them in achieving the same.
Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers
Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit
