Job Opening in a well known company as Customer Service Manager in Mumbai

An American Multinational Company dealing with Healthcare, personal care, beauty care & Nutritional products through MLM business. We are looking for a result driven professional with a minimum 7 years of experience in the area of Customer Service, Team Handling and result oriented. The candidate will be responsible to provide outstanding customer service to our Business Owners and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Job Profile

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Create effective customer service procedures and standards.
  • Develop Customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Reporting back on results.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience working in a customer service position (preferably in a Call Centre)
  • Knowledge of industry trends, techniques & Technology
  • Impeccable written and oral communications skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Administrative skills
  • Training Skills
  • Candidates from western line preferred.
