Experience :1- 8Years as Sr. Business Development Manager [ MUST].
- 1 to 8 years experience as Sr. Business Development Manager
You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.
You will represent the company in the market and build an industry
You will build a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings efficiently to meet business targets.
You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
Work with brokers/property consultants/co-working/real-estate companies for increasing the inflow of high-value Acquisition, Leasing of spaces, to get opportunity for interior fit out projects.
Approach CXOs and Admins of potential organizations for leasing office projects.
Requirements
You should be goal oriented marketing and sales professional with experience of managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multinational companies.
You have achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles
You have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills
You have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design & Build" services.
You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 6 years of sales/ business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Keyskills: negotiation skills cold calling international sales
