Job Description
- Responsible for resource requirement of the region
- Planning, sourcing, coordinating for the requirements
- Sourcing talents through diverse channels
- Maintaining daily recruitment tracker and updating to stakeholders
- Salary negotiation, offer processing (end to end recruitment)
- Support in onboarding and other HR initiatives as per requirement
- Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Corporate experience preferred
- Local language knowledge mandatory
- Building New Network, initiating new contacts is Plus
