Avenue E-Commerce Limited (AEL) is an online extension of Avenue Supermarts Limited's flagship brand. DMart Ready is the mobile application through which our customers order grocery and other utility products. Currently we are present at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Job Description
- Responsible for resource requirement of the region
- Planning, sourcing, coordinating for the requirements
- Sourcing talents through diverse channels
- Maintaining daily recruitment tracker and updating to stakeholders
- Salary negotiation, offer processing (end to end recruitment)
- Support in onboarding and other HR initiatives as per requirement
- Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Corporate experience preferred
- Local language knowledge mandatory
- Building New Network, initiating new contacts is Plus
