To be the right fit you need:

• Should have prior experience in application support of atleast 5 years.
• Should have very good command and confidence on communication & client facing experience.
• Should be ready for rotational shift in 24*4 mode.
• Should have rich experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Unix with troubleshooting skills.
• Good experience of incident mgmt (joining troubleshooting calls, interacting with clients).
• Good to have Telecom domain knowledge.
• Good to have exposure on DevOps technologies like Jenkins, Git, JSM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ELK, Kibana, MongoDB
• Shift timings : Rotational (Including Saturday and Sunday)
