Job Description

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Intern to assist our IT team with day-to-day technical support activities. The role includes troubleshooting system issues, installing software, and supporting users with hardware and network problems.

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking.
  
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and common applications.
  
• Assist in system setups, email configuration, and antivirus updates.
  
• Log support issues and update ticket status.
  
• Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation.
  

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  
• Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting steps.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and support IT operations.
  

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma in IT / Any relevant technical course (Pursuing or Completed).
