We are hiring for BDM Franchisee Sales & Servicing

Locations : Siliguri, Kolkata, Durgapur, Asansol

JOB Description :

• Capturing entire profiling of newly acquired FAN including all the social media handles
  
• Hand-holding new FAN for first three months of acquisition
  
• Training new FAN on all the software and policies of the organization
  
• Initiate new sales for FAN through his natural market
  
• Achieve first three months Sales targets for assigned FAN
  
• Maintaining healthy relationship with the assigned FAN
  
• Achieving equity revenue targets of the mapped FAN
  
• Activating FAN for new KYCs
  
• Cross Sales MF/HI/LI/GI and other products
  
• Achieving optimum Customer Satisfaction
  
• Connecting assigned FAN regularly
