Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Budget Management
2. Support Projects Infrastructure Space Requirements ( Commercial Office space/Guest house etc) at PAN India level
3. Handling Audits ( Internal/External/Client ) Statutory compliance adherence including response Closure
4. Employee Welfare Management - Health Hygiene, Covid Norms, Support System etc.
5. Vendor Management - CCTV/Finger Scan Systems, Transportation (Shuttle), Cafeteria, Telecom etc
6. Team Event Management - HR / Business events, Legal events, AGMs, Annual Days, Client Hospitality etc.
7. Facility Management - Security HK, any other labour related Management
8. Repairs Maintenance
9. Material Management - Storage management, loading/unloading, shifting and maintenance related to it, Shifting offices etc
Qualifications
Education: Any graduate
