Job Description

Job Profile:

The position holder shall be responsible for reaching out to customers over the phone, to provide exceptional account management servicing and to Upsell.


Job Summary:

1. Making outbound calls to explain the product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries

2. Be a consultant to the customers by understanding their requirement and suggesting the right solutions to them

3. Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by upselling

4. Own service demonstration to clients on video meetings


Business Skills:

1- Excellent Communication Skills

2- Good multi-tasking abilities

3- Highly Passionate and Confident


Desired Experience:

1- It is an individual contributor role

2- Must be a Graduate and have relevant work experience

3- Laptop is mandatory

4- Internet Connection is mandatory


*Location - Permanent WFH Job
