Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Travel Sales Consultant (Blended Process)
Job Responsibility
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with international clients on
Phone calls and chats
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Travel related
services like flights, hotels, transfers, tours and holidays/packages
Accurately recording details of customers requirements and sharing with backend team
Sharing Quotations as per the customers requirement and convincing the customers to
close the sale
Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume
and sales.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends will be
preferred
Flexible to work under rotational shift / week. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding
work environment.
Ability for upselling and cross selling product wherever required.
IATA certification is not mandatory, it will give you an edge if you have it.
Skills & Experience Requirement
Should have minimum 1 year of experience in International Inbound/Outbound Voice process.
Experience in Travel Process will be preferred.
Graduate will be preferred.
Shoud have good worldwide geographical knowledge.
Knowledge of worldwide travel visas, Hotel Bookings and local attractions will be preferred.
Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to sell Travel related
services to the international clients.
