Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer
  negotiation.
• Good to have experience in Vendor & Stakeholder Management.
• Assessing business needs, determining candidate profiles and creating hiring strategies.
• Using recruiting tools to build effective candidate pipelines.
• Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking.
• Establishing trusted partnerships with leaders and hiring teams.

Job Requirements:-

• Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
• Have excellent command over MS Excel.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be knowledgeable about the labour market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector.

Qualification & Experience:-

• Have end-user experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
