Job Description
- Develop and maintain executive and strategic relationships based on company's comprehensive suite of voice focused products like VOIP / ILL / Corporate Broadband / Cloud PBX.
- Conducts proactive sales activities, including proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements.
- Updating clients regarding product upgradations /new products.
- Explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Convincing clients to have a trial of products and Coordinating with them
- Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
- Negotiating with clients regarding contracts and packages
- Manage customers to ensure a timely payment of services
- Attending client meetings to build and enhance relationships with new and existing clients
- Protecting margins and driving good levels of Gross Profit
Attending trade shows, seminars, exhibitions and product training
Requirements
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a similar Sales position within an ISP, Telecoms/Telecommunications or MBA in Marketing will be preferred
- Must be able to initiate and establish executive level rapport with telecom operators
