Job Description

Research and evaluate the financial status of the person applying for a loan.
Evaluate the credit value by processing the loan application and documentation within particular limits.
Interview the loan application to determine their financial eligibility and prepare the feasibility report for granting loans.
Determine all applicable metrics and ratios and set up debts payment plan.
Communicate with the clients to provide information and to forward their loan request.
Approve loans for eligible applicants and rejects the ones who are not eligible. Justify the approval/Rejection decision by filing reports about the same.
Complete loan agreements and counsel clients on limitation and policies.
Have an excellent understating of the different types of loans and other financial services.
Maintain and update loan files and account records.
