Reliance Jio (Broadband Business Unit) is Hiring Smart Sales Professionals for Home Sales Team Lead Position (Onroll)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit Level
2. Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope and Handle A Team Size of 7 - 10
3. Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching
4. Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level
5. Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.
6. Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement
7. Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory
8. Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index
9. Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduation degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2. Must have experience in Outbound Sales / Field Sales / Direct Sales
3. Team handling Experience
