Dear Aspirants,

We are hiring suitable candidate for CSE @ Delhi.

Please find the below JD.

• Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
• Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships.
• Responsible for ensuring high quality service, Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns.
• Effectively service inbound/ outbound calls to customers.
• Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
• Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Online trading etc.
• Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers. Retention of accounts
• Special weight age will be given to candidates with regional language skills.

Requirements :

• Any graduate/post graduate degree
• Freshers/ 1 to 4 years' experience in BPO Sales, Phone banking, Tele caller would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
