Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create a collaborative community environment amongst our resident members through events and personal introductions.
Ensure a fully operational facility and smoothly running processes are running smoothly.
Meet with members to resolve issues, process member terminations and other issues.
Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience.
Supervise move-ins and move-outs for quality experience.
Requirements:
Female Candidates Preferred.
Location: Candidates from South Bangalore will be preferred. Or the candidate should be willing to relocate.
Graduate or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related degree.
Experience in hospitality or Co-working a must
2+ years of experience.
Experience in managing sales a plus.
Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication, organization and project management skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Salary
20000 Rs. per month
