Designation Executive operations (CSA)

Job Description:

  • Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
  • Voice support.
  • The nature of calls are inbound.
  • Tagging the calls on the portal with details.

* 0- 6 Year customer service experience. (70% experienced & 30% freshers).

  1. Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 21-22 years of age.
  2. Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI.
  3. Should be flexible with a rotational shift environment (Working Window- 9 am to 9 Pm).
  4. Fixed 9 hours shift.
  5. No transport facilities are available.
  6. No Meals.
