eClerx is hiring for a talent acquisition specialist for its Chandigarh location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.

- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.

- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.

- Create and publish job ads in various portals.

- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

- Screen resumes and job applications

- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire

- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

- Host and participate in online webinar fairs

- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in international BPO Voice hiring or Fresher with MBA in HR

- Excellent communication skills

- Adaptability to new industry exposure

- Must have experience in international BPO Voice hiring

- Good written, verbal and listening skills

- Maturity to understand and deal with clients

- Demonstrate an ability to work under revenue targets

- Should be open to work as recruiter and doing mass calling to probable candidates

- Excellent search skills (Google search, LinkedIn search, Job Portals (International) etc.)

- Headhunting, mapping, screening, evaluation, scrutinizing and resource planning skills

- Candidate must have energy, a positive attitude, dedication and competitiveness towards work and Responsibilities
