Job Description

Position - HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition
Location : Thane West

Education : Graduate/Post Graduate

Exp : 1- 3 years

Role & responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, databases, and networking platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews within defined timelines.
Evaluate candidates technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
Handle CTC structuring and create competitive, attractive compensation proposals.
Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
Time-management skills and multitasking ability
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
