Job Description

  • Handling inbound / Email and Chat queries and giving timely and accurate resolution.
  • Should effectively handle objections with respect to the issue customer has raised
  • Should be flexible with shift timings
  • Graduates with Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Candidate should have experience working in any Contact Center . (Versant 5 in English),
  • Should be ready to work in Rotational shifts.
  • Candidates shortlisted will be working for Voice /Email/Chat LOBs
  • Full Time and WFO only
