Should effectively handle objections with respect to the issue customer has raised
Should be flexible with shift timings
Graduates with Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Candidate should have experience working in any Contact Center . (Versant 5 in English),
Should be ready to work in Rotational shifts.
Candidates shortlisted will be working for Voice /Email/Chat LOBs
