Job description

As IT Recruiter - WFM you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process which includes :

• Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Arranging interviews and managing follow up process.
• High level of Coordination
• Schedule interviews, understand client feedback and modify the screening and sourcing strategy according to the feedback.
• Salary Negotiation and hand holding the candidate till joining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Profile :

• Looking for female candidates only.
• Must have IT / Telecom hiring experience. Well versed with IT technologies
• You should have an understanding of corporate world practices and should be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
