Job Location: Delhi, Noida, Meerut, Kanpur, Dehradun, Udaipur, Jaipur, Panipat, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Panipat, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Rajkot, Bangalore, Bellari, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Guntur, Srikakulam, Kochin, Pondicherry, Vizag, Guwahati, Ranchi.

Exp: Fresher - 2 years

CTC: Upto 3-4 LPA

Job Description:

• Identification of key accounts (hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers etc.) for establishing partnerships for Baby shield within the assigned region.
• To visit hospitals/clinics and meet gynecologists and generate leads of expectant mothers.
• To come up with a strategy to establish and manage the account and set objectives (enrolments, account growth plan etc.) with guidance from management.
• Development of key accounts through interaction with top management, heads of administration, medical departments, medical superintendents etc. to promote Baby shield.
• To maintain relationships with key accounts and negotiate contractual terms and conditions in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
• To carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
• To provide feedback from the market and apprise the management regularly on market trends, competition, competitive gaps, growth drivers, new opportunities within the realm of the service.
