• Experience Level - 2 Years to 6 Years

Skill Requirements:

• Good Communication in English & Tamil, + Additional Languages Preferable.
• Should Have Non IT profiles Sourcing Experience(Entry & Lateral Levels)
• Should have Good sourcing tools knowledge in Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Etc.,
• Good Experience should have into Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Interviewing, Followups, Joining process, Salary Negotiation skill, Stockholders Handling, Team Managing, Report Preparations, Vendor Management, Campus Hiring, Etc..,
• Experience from ITES/BPO/KPO/Health Care Industries backgrounds are most preferable.
• Experience in Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring are most preferable.

Position No: 2

• Post - HR Executive
• Experience Level - 1 Year to 3 Years
• Job Location - Perungudi, Chennai
• Gender - Male / Female
• Salary - Best in Industry
