• Toothsi is a new age startup in the healthcare and cosmetics space providing smile correction services at home. Toothsi utilizes revolutionary Clear Aligner technology to make teeth straightening hassle-free and affordable. A desirous patient can have access to a superior quality, transparent and convenient alternative to conventional braces treatment at home. We are a well-funded (9 million USD) and rapidly growing startup operating in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad Chandigarh and gearing up to establish Pan-India and International presence.

BDS doctor for Video Consultation profile

• Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
• Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. * Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients.
• Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. * Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
• Analyze quality of calls and strive for improvement

Requirements Experience - 1 to 4 yrs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

Contract length: 6 months
