Telus International is hiring for Learning & Development Specialist -
What is this role?
The Learning and Development - General Learning Specialist will be responsible for providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members related to the internal Learning programs and other L&D initiatives to both operation and support staff employees and supporting administrative training tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for the different
TELUS international programs, support the planning, promotion and logistics of courses that will be provided internally according to the department's guidelines, provide training to the support staff and Operation, support the L&D Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal
and/or external training programs, as well as the administrative tasks of reporting and
documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external. The L&D facilitator will also be responsible to provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any
activities related to them if needed.
Tie-up/liaison with external training providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.

Studies & Experience:
Mandatory:
Minimum of 4-5 years overall work experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Training Facilitator
Schedule flexibility
Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training
Graduate in any discipline
Desirable
Graduated in the careers of: any discipline
Experience in delivering Training to Middle-Management
Training experience with IT Services or BPO
Graduation or Post Graduation in IT Domain will be an added advantage
