Work Location: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Plan, Execute & promote MRF business & achieve sales targets as per business plan.
  • Increase product visibility in the market.
  • Daily visit to MRF stores existing as well as new chain of outlets.
  • Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition
    (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels.
  • Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
  • PO tracking on daily basis.
  • Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints
  • Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities
  • Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings
  • Monitor distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
  • Minimize the leakages, damages, transit losses & ensure no return policy
  • Develop market intelligence, new chain of outlets & expansion of distribution network
  • Develop market intelligence and expansion of sales network
  • Responsible to develop the team & build the team spirit
  • Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries
  • Coordination with cross functional departments
  • Daily, periodical MIS reports.
  • Any other works assigned from time to time as per business requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate


Age. Min.:23 yrs Max.30 yrs


Experience: Min. Exp.2-5 yrs in Sales in FMCG ( Nestle, Britannia, Mars, Marico, MTR, Maiyas)


Preferably Male Candidates.
