Involved in Providing Voice Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.

Handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for end users.

Proficient in Connectivity troubleshooting, 3G and 4G network issues.

Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and 4G smart phones options and troubleshooting.

Eligibility

Freshers with good technical skills and fluency in English.

Should be flexible with rotational shifts.

5 DAYS WORKING, Sat and sun fixed off, 2 way transport.

Any Graduate can appear for interview BE/BTech, Bcom, BSc, BBA, BBM,BA,BHM.
