3) Procurement process - Purchase requisition , Purchase Order, GRN etc
4) Bank reconciliation
5) MIS
6) Customer query handling
7) Society account (Real estate) - Common area Maintenance (CAM)/Property Tax etc
8) IT experience - SAP/Tally/ERP/ & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
