Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates must have experience in Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .
• Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
• Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in recruitment is preferred.
Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)

Should have experience in BFSI hiring

Experience Required - 4 to 5 Years

CTC - Up to 4L
