Job Title: Quality Analyst
Purpose & Description:
Quality assurance standards, procedures of recording and reporting quality data, review the implementation and efficiency of quality plan, document internal audits and other quality assurance activities, Recommend and monitor corrective actions, prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Evaluate audit, assure ongoing compliance with quality and requirements / SLAs.
Technical Skills:
Quality auditing , experience with implementation of corrective action plans, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, knowledge of tools, knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
Academic qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred with three years of international BPO experience with one year of quality experience on papers.
Key Result Areas:
Call Monitoring, Feedback, Reports, action plans on given feedback, focusing more on bottom quartile agents, time management, organizing PKTs, sharing results to respective TLs.
