Job Description

• Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
• Serves as administrator for training and tracking systems used in supporting global training / learning and development programs.
• Ensures effective use of systems and provides reporting for a variety of training needs.
• Handles pre-course logistics, including room reservation, web setup, print materials, audio/visual, etc.
• May assist in developing and delivering less complex training programs.
• Manages overall course calendar and schedules programs according to requests, historical usage, location size, plans for new programs and facilitator availability.
• Sets up new courses in registration system and manages instances for various times and locations.
