Roles and Responsibilities

Location : Bangalore (Domlur)

• Fluent in English and any 2-regional languages
• Ecommerce and hospitality experience will be a huge bonus
• Customer obsessed
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to honor deadlines
• A proactive approach to support
• Take ownership of customer issues
• To handle Inbound/Outbound calls of Urban ladder customers or guests and to follow up on cases till resolution is provided.
• Willing to be an excellent customer advocate internally and stand up for what's right by the customer
• Willing to work fast and be flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
• (Shift timings is between 8: am to 8:pm)
• 6 day working module
