Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Support Executives to join our team in New Town, Kolkata. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document call details and maintain records in the system
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

---

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (2024 or 2025 pass-out) from any discipline
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
