    Customer Support Executive Multilingual (Thai / Vietnamese) | Remote | 


    Location: Remote (Pan India)
    Work Mode: Work From Home
    Shift: 24/7 Rotational (Early Morning Shift Preferred)
    Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
    Salary: Attractive Hike on Last Drawn Salary

    About the Role:

    We are hiring Multilingual Customer Support Executives for the Beiersdorf Process, a global leader in skincare innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates fluent in Thai, Vietnamese to work remotely with a reputed international brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries via chat, email, or voice support
    • Provide accurate information about skincare products and services
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution
    • Maintain quality standards and adhere to SLAs
    • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
    • Document customer interactions effectively

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)
    • Language Requirement: Proficiency in any one:
      • Thai
      • Vietnamese  
    • Certification: Minimum B2 / B2.2 / C1 level certification (mandatory)
    • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
    • Strong communication & comprehension skills

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in BPO / Customer Support / International Process
    • Good typing speed and computer proficiency
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
    • Problem-solving and customer-first approach
