We are hiring for Customer support & Upselling.

Position: Customer support & Upselling.

Salary: 18000
Job Location: Whitefield(ITPL)

Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 day Rotational off.

Work Timing: Day Shift

Qualification:

Ug or Grads Freshers
Excellent written and Verbal Skills
English & Hindi Mandatory.

Key Skills
Voice Process, Microsoft Office, English, Hindi

Required Experience and Qualifications
10+2 freshers or Grad Freshers

Must be comfortable in doing calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
Decision making skills.
Must be proficient in English &Hindi
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 11 PM night).
