Job Description
Greetings, We are hiring for Accounts Payable for a leading IT MNC BPO in Gurgaon .
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 6 months experience in accounts payable.
- Ready for work from office
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of MS. Excel and other accounting software
Salary : Upto Rs 2.5LPA per anum ( in hand 16,000 per month )
Working Days 6 ( Day shifts
