Walk-in drive for Fresher's/Experience corporate HR.


Job Title: Talent Acquisition/Sr. Talent Acquisition/Lead Talent Acquisition

Nos of Position: 3

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Shift timing- 1:00pm- 10:00pm IST (UK Shift)

Location: Noida sec 58, Work from office


Purpose of the Role:

Attract and Recruit the right people to meet business requirements; monitor, and oversee timely resource pipeline with the objective of fulfilling resource requirements across the organization in a cost-efficient & timely manner.


About the Role:

Talent Acquisition person will work as part of the corporate HR team to source talent for the assigned Business Unit/s. This is a highly specialized role, where the incumbent is expected to do hands-on sourcing through various channels like Naukri.com portal, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting etc. to build the talent pipeline for current and anticipated requirements.


Key Responsibility Areas:


Talent Acquisition:

* Source candidates through Job Portals, references, social & professional networking etc. and explore various

sourcing methods and expanding the network to hire potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry

* Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews

* Coordination and regular follow-ups with candidates and ensuring candidate delight at every step

* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of

the job requirements, building consensus, and bringing closures

* Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled

* Achieve closures in a stipulated time frame

* Build pipeline for key positions:

* Evaluating and identifying niche talent in the industry and attracting them towards the organization

* Building industry data on rare skills and introducing them in the organization

* Build Innovation in Talent Acquisition function

* Devising effective ways of hiring other than traditional methods

* Using social media effectively for employer branding and attracting talent

* Keeping abreast with the market and industry information and highlighting trends


Required Skills:

* Excellent comm skills and willingness to learn and implement

* Experience candidate should have 3-7 yrs of experience in Recruitment

* Must have expertise in end-to-end recruitment.

* Must have experience in Stakeholder Management

*MBA in HR with excellent comm skills

*Ability to work under deadlines

*Well versed with organizational behavior and pattern
